Codemasters keeps McRae name for new DIRT title
Codemasters has decided to keep the McRae brand on its rally titles, after the death of Colin McRae last year.
Colin McRae: DIRT 2 will carry the late rally drivers name when released in 2009, according to a report by IGN.
"Colin McRae was all about the speed, the excitement and the entertainment of rally driving," said Gavin Raeburn, executive producer on the series. "It will be a great tribute to an incredible champion."
Raeburn pointed out that the decision to use Colin McRaes name was made by Codemasters and the McRae family.
